The MA programs of MAPH, DIGS, and CMES as well as the MFA program in Visual Arts will be awarding the following student awards at the 2024 Spring Convocation on May 31, 2024. 

• Dean's Award for Excellence in the Master's Program of Humanities
• Dean's Award for Excellence in Digital Studies of Language, Culture, and History
• Dean's Award for Excellence in Middle Eastern Studies (Humanities)
• Dean's Award for Outstanding Graduate Leader in Visual Arts

These awards are meant to recognize students who have demonstrated exemplary academic excellence, fostered a culture of collaboration, provided significant contributions to their research field/interest, and/or created positive student experiences in the cohort and classroom. 

The award winners will receive the following: 

• $500 stipend
• Certificate of achievement
• Recognition on stage at the Spring Convocation

Award winners will be determined by program leadership, and will be notified by May 6, 2024. 

Students must be graduating in order to receive these award.
