For PhD candidates: Your final dissertation with all revisions must be submitted by 4:30 PM on Wednesday of the seventh week of the quarter in which you wish to graduate. Please consult the Dissertation Office to ensure you meet all dissertation deadlines.

Summer graduates can participate in the annual Convocation ceremony at the end of Spring Quarter if they defend their dissertation before Wednesday of the seventh week of Spring Quarter. Please contact ahd-dos@uchicago.edu if this pertains to you.
