The Division of the Humanities holds a Graduation and Hooding Ceremony on the final Friday of spring quarter in conjunction with the University-wide Convocation. At the divisional event, graduates from all four quarters of the academic year are recognized, and doctoral candidates are hooded. There is no hooding ceremony in other quarters; doctoral graduates from the previous three quarters are invited to participate in the spring ceremony. Graduates of the Master of Arts Program in the Humanities are also invited to a luncheon and diploma distribution event that follows the University-wide Convocation on Saturday. Convocation schedules and other important information can be found at the Convocation website.
