Together with your department, the Office of the Dean of Students in the Division of the Humanities helps with student affairs issues.
Martina Munsters, Dean of Students, serves as chief student affairs officer in the Division of the Humanities. Her duties include all aspects of registration, academic records, and student data administration in the Division. She prepares and manages the divisional fellowship budget, organizes and oversees the annual admissions and aid competition; monitors departmental admissions decisions, approves departmental financial aid recommendations, and generates research to determine enrollment projections and admissions trends. Much of her time is spent advising students on a wide range of problems relating to academic work, program requirements, tuition and fee schedules, student conduct, housing, health insurance, and financial aid. She also provides support to faculty and central administration on all matters relating to student welfare. Please visit the Students section of this site for more information, or feel free to call, e-mail, or stop by Walker 111.
