Who should I contact if I have questions about my computer?

The Desktop Support group is the first point of contact for all hardware and software issues affecting divisional computers, office and internet software as well as new and replacement computers.
 
Business hours are Monday-Friday from 8:30 a.m.-5 p.m. Please e-mail humanities-computing@uchicago.edu or call (773) 702-6085 for assistance. Offices are located at 6030 S. Ellis Avenue in Edelstone Center, Room 247.

How do I schedule and document my time off?

First, obtain approval for the time off from your supervisor. Scheduling and documenting of time off is done through UChicagoTime. Biweekly employees will schedule time off in advance by using the "Schedule Time Off" function of UChicagoTime. Monthly employees will document time off using the "Monthly Absence Report" function of UChicagoTime.

What is the process for my performance review?

Performance reviews for staff in the Division of the Humanities happen in late winter or early spring quarters. Instructions for review are sent from the Senior Director of Staff Relations to supervisors. Find more information in the Performance Management Process section of the staff wiki.
