Description | A continuation of Dana Hall’s 2015 collaboration with dramaturg/writer/director/actor Cheryl Lynn Bruce and artist Kerry James Marshall, this program reconvenes and commissions these three artists to further develop and restage the work. “Hypocrisy of Justice” explores inequities within systems and institutions, along with lived experience of confinement, redemption, hope, and home. In addition to performances on the evenings of January 14th and 15th at the Logan Center, a free day-long symposium will be open to the public on January 15th. |
