I handle all aspects of payroll for students (including lectors) and staff, accruals, and payroll expense transfers. This includes processing biweekly time cards, biweekly additional payments, monthly extra service payments, as well as student casual and staff one-time payments. Per request and approval, changes can be made to job assignments, including extensions, terminations, hours, rates, and account numbers. My knowledge of payroll has come through my experience with the University of Chicago. Previous professional experience has been with the anthropology department of the Field Museum of Natural History.
