The Dean is the chief academic officer and chief operating officer for the Division of the Humanities. The Dean reports to the Provost and, working together with the Humanities Collegiate Master and senior administrative staff, is responsible for the constant renewal of our excellent faculty, for developing the highest quality graduate programs and undergraduate concentrations in the Humanities, and for securing the budgetary and administrative infrastructure necessary to allow the utmost flourishing of our humanistic research enterprise.
