My principal responsibility is to plan and supervise capital projects for the Division, such as the new Language Laboratory, or the planned Center for Creative and Performing Arts. I am also involved in developing, maintaining, and communicating helpfully about the various services that the Division provides, whether they relate to events, communications, arts planning, facilities, grants, or connections with the community beyond the University. I represent the Humanities Division on a number of University committees in these areas. Consequently, my team of six deals with matters as diverse as events planning, the publication of the divisional magazine, Tableau, and the office facilities available to faculty and staff.
