Leptir Mašna

Leptir Mašna is an annual literary magazine of students in Balkan Studies at the University of Chicago. The Founder and Editor-in-Chief is Nada Petkovic, Lecturer in South Slavic Languages. The essays are taken from students in language courses as well as students from courses on Balkan literature and folklore. The editorial process has always been very open, as the goal is to encourage all forms of written expression in and about the study of languages, literatures and cultures. The current issue is dedicated to Angelina Ilieva, Lecturer in South Slavic Literature, to welcome her to our Department.
