Refunds, Exchanges, Group Sales

Refunds
We do not issue refunds for unused tickets; however, we will be happy to provide a letter for tax donation purposes if you make your donation by phone (773-702-8068) or in person before noon on concert day. Tickets donated at the Box Office on concert night, while appreciated, are not refundable, nor are they eligible for a tax donation letter.

In the unusual event of a last minute cancellation of a performance, we will do our best to provide a comparable replacement for the scheduled artist.  All Artists and Programs are subject to change.  No refunds will be given unless a performance is canceled in its entirety, with no replacement performance scheduled.

Exchanges
Only Chamber, Early and SPCO Series subscribers are entitled to a one-time ticket exchange privilege per season. Exchanges are permitted into most concerts. However, if there is a difference in price, we will not refund the difference. All exchanges must be made before noon on concert day. For more information, call 773-702-8068.

Group Sales
Groups of ten or more receive a discount of $5 off general admission tickets and $1 off student admission tickets for select concerts. Discounts are available to University of Chicago faculty who wish to arrange class attendance. For more information about group discounts, call 773-702-8068.
