DescriptionYears before “Me Too” became a global phenomenon, women in Mexico were protesting against sexual harassment, as well as the State’s problematic response to it. In these past years, what has changed in matters of law and policy and what has remained the same?


Estefanía Vela Barba is the Executive Director of Intersecta, a policy research and advocacy organization focused on contributing to ending gender discrimination in Mexico.
